Heam metabolism : Heam के metabolism की process को हैं metabolism कहते है जो RBC के breakdown से bile product (bilirubin, urobilinogen) बनता है तथा हैं metabolism से हम हैं bile formation के बारे मे जानेगे

Metabolism of Heam | Bile formation

Bone marrow से mature RBC का formation करती है ये biconcave shape की होती है जो cells को capillaries मे twist or turn करने मे help करती है या दूसरे सब्दो मे कहे तोः RBC की biconcave shape cells को एक जगह से दूसरी जगह जाने मे मदद करती है

RBC twist ब turn करके spleen की capillaries मे पूछती है ब spleen से filter होकर blood circulation मे पौछ्ह्ती ( reach ) है जहा RBC phagocytosis cells के से engulf कर ली जाती है

RBC की outer membrane पर protein पायी जाती है जिन्हे spectrin ब actin कहा जाता है इन protein का कार्य RBC की biconcave shape को बनाये रखना होता है

Process in spleen

RBC मे nucleus न होने की वजह से RBC नयी protein नहीं बना पाती जिसकी वजह से लगभग 120 दिनों के बाद RBC denature ब damage होना शुरू हो जाती है जिसकी वजह से RBC की biconcave shape stabilize नहीं रह पाती ब spherical shape की हो जाती है

denature rbc ,spleen की capillaries मे enter करती है जबकि rbc , spherical shape होने की वजह से spleen की capillaries मे फस (stuck ) हो जाती है जहा cells का macrophages , phagocyte cells से होता है जो RBC को खाकर (engulf ) करके RBC का breakdown कर देती है

नोट: phagocytosis मे तीन process होती है

• eating

• degrading (breakdown )

• excreting

Process in macrophage

MAcrophages cells rbc को ingulf करती है ब RBC का breakdown करके hemoglobin released करती है जो आगे जाकर हैं

hemoglobin के breakdown के बाद globulin आगे जाकर amino acid मे बदल जाता है ब iron और porphyrin ring मे convert हो जाता है

iron का उसे rbc के formation के लिए utilize कर लिया जाता है ब porphyrin ring आगे एक linear structure मे बदल जाती है जिसको unconjugated bilirubin कहा जाता है

unconjugated bilirubin , blood circulation मे enter हो जाता है जहा plasma protein (जैसे Albumin ) उपस्थित होती है जो unconjugated bilirubin से bind कर UCB -Albumin complex बनती है जो unconjugated bilirubin को liver मे ले जाता है

Process in liver

liver मे UCB , glucuronic acid के साथ uridine glucone transferase enzyme की मदद से conjugated bilirubin मे convert हो जाता है

reaction :

conjugated bilirubin , liver से biliary duct से गल्ल ब्लैडर मे पूछता है जहा से इंटेस्टिने मे खली कर दिए जाता है

unconjugated  bilirubin react with gluconic acid in the presence of uridine glucuronyl transferase  made conjugated bilirubin and  pass thru Biliary duct  in the gallbladder

Process in the small intestine 

small intestine मे bilirubin , intestine मे पाए जाए वाले microbes की वजह से आगे जाकर stercobilinogen मे convert हो जाते है जिसको feces से excrete कर दिए जाता है

Process in the kidney 

शेष urobilinogen blood circulation से kidney मे जाता है जहा urine से excrete कर दिया जाता है ब bilirubin  oxygen  की उपस्थित मे urobilin  बनता है जो orange  red - orange  brown  color  का होता है ब urine  मे उपस्थित bilirubin  oxidized  होकर biliverdin  बनता है  जो greenish  color  का होता है  जब  की सामान्य रूप मे bilirubin  का रंग yellow  -brown  ब urobilinogen  colorless होता है
